No Tarr, no Tarkovsky, So, there is no place for Tarantino. My friends know how Antonioni, Bergman as well as Hou and Yang guided me in building my altar of Cinema. Check my past lists if you like. I admit that the Cinema today is different from the Cinema yesterday. You may think MCU has killed the arts of Cinema in a Baroque calling. At the same time, I think Netflix hurts Cinema much more by caging films in a tiny frame. I have accepted these recent changes reluctantly but my path remains unchanged, going to 'church' to see a vision. With the films I pick here, I can see why Cinema still has a promising future.
