Curatorial Coordinator
Bree joined the BFI in 2023 to support across all strands of curation. She works closely with the senior curators to maintain project management resources, coordinate diaries, and develop tools for team working. Previously she worked as a programme manager at the Design Museum, curating and delivering education and outreach projects.
Bree holds a BA in Artist’s Moving Image from the University of Brighton, and an MRes in Artist’s Moving Image from Central Saint Martins. Her interests include avant-garde film during wartime, and the intersection of neuroscience and cinema. Particularly the cognitive influence and therapeutic potential of screen technologies as related to trauma and memory.
