Low Rider follows the adventures of Emma McDonald’s Quinn as she impulsively flies from London to Cape Town in search of her absent father. She meets the charismatic Harley along the way (Thishiwe Ziqubu) who offers to help her on her quest. The unlikely pair venture into the dangerous backwaters of the Western Cape in search of Quinn’s increasingly elusive father.
