Production Management

What you’ll do on the course

  • gain an understanding of job roles including producer, line producer, production manager, production coordinator, production assistant, locations manager, and assistant directors
  • learn the essential skills of budgeting, scheduling, script breakdown, location scouting, and health and safety, whilst applying your knowledge collaboratively to plan, prep, and deliver a short film production
  • visit a production company, a working film studio, and take part in masterclasses and workshops, gaining invaluable insight from industry professionals
  • receive guidance on CV writing and career pathways, with post residential support connecting you with further training, opportunities, and work experience
