After their success at the Berlinale, we are excited to welcome the team behind Last Swim to the Industry Forum for a deep dive into the making of the film. Writer-director Sasha Nathwani will be joined by co-writer and executive producer Helen Simmons (producer of Hoard), cinematographer Olan Collardy (Rye Lane) and producers Campbell Beaton (Hot Property, as well as a long career in commercial and music videos) and Nisha Mullea (over a decade in commercial videos: The Heist Not One is Talking About, Save the Children: Still the Most Shocking Second a Day).
The talk will focus on the creative genesis of the film and its business story: from assembling the creative team and casting to raising finance, ensuring sales representation and eventually arriving at that magic moment when the film meets its audience. Join us to celebrate Sasha Nathwani’s outstanding debut.
