Curatorial archivist, stills, posters and designs

Nigel is a curatorial archivist for stills, posters and designs at the BFI National Archive. He joined the BFI in 2001. He works across the stills, posters and designs collections and has a special interest in British portrait photographers and Polish poster design. In 2009 he wrote and produced a documentary, Cornel Lucas: A Portrait, for Sky Arts. In 2010 he received a bursary from the National Portrait Gallery to research stills photographer Fred Daniels and co-wrote (with Ewa Reeves) and published the dual-language (English/Polish) monograph Portraits/Portrety Fred Daniels.
