Case studies and audience research
One of our roles is to help put more independent British and specialised films in front of more people. To make sure we’re doing this as best we can, we run exit poll research and write case studies about all the films we support.
With exit polls we ask cinemagoers about themselves and what motivated them to see a film. Their answers can help film distributors improve the way they distribute and market their films, so they get bigger and better audiences.
Case studies can give an impartial overview of a distribution campaign and whether it was successful. Each one has details of what worked, what didn’t, relevant data and key performance indicators as well as the full campaign budget.
